Refund policy

Return execution

 The products of our company before being sent to you have been checked for their excellent quality and have been packaged in the safest possible way. Returns of products purchased from our online store are accepted within 5 days from the date of receipt. In this case they must be in the same condition in which you received them and in their full original packaging. In addition, the products must be accompanied by all the necessary documents confirming the transaction (retail receipt, invoice).

  •  The return process is as follows:

 Send us an e - mail at rouka.gr@gmail.com  or contact customer service at 2351035355 to announce your return. In case there is responsibility of the company for the condition of the products, then the returned ones are replaced immediately with our charge. Otherwise your money will be credited to you in addition to their shipping costs.   
Modification and / or cancellation of an order is possible within 2 working days from the date of the order, and if the processing / sending of your order has not started by the competent department of our company.

  1. Secure the returned product and place it in a box with the completed and signed return form.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. If you made the payment of the order by card or through the PayPal system, the refund will be made through the same payment systems. In case of payments by deposit or cash on delivery, the returns are made to the IBAN bank account that you declare in the return form.
